Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Coaching sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients will receive a confirmation email once a booking is finalized. 2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change but will be honored at the time of booking. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you need to reschedule, please email us at eveschooloflearning@gmail.com as soon as possible. 4. Refund Policy Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions. For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment, a credit may be applied toward a future session. 5. Late Arrivals Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. 6. Disclaimer Coaching services are intended for personal growth and spiritual enrichment and are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. Clients are responsible for their own choices and outcomes. 7. Code of Respect Our coaching environment is rooted in Christian values of respect, kindness, and integrity.
